    Description

    The Vockeref Fluidized Bed Freezer is specially engineered for IQF processing of small, delicate, and granular food products such as peas, corn, diced carrots, diced onions, shrimps, berries, and other similar items. Through the use of high-velocity vertical airflow and fluidization technology, the product is lifted and gently separated on the perforated conveyor bed, ensuring that each particle is frozen individually without clumping or sticking.

    The freezer’s two-stage freezing system—crust freezing followed by deep freezing—provides rapid moisture removal and maintains perfect product shape, color, and nutritional integrity. With a highly efficient refrigeration system and optimized airflow design, the Vockeref Fluidized Bed Freezer reduces energy consumption while delivering consistent freezing quality.

    All product-contact surfaces are made from food-grade stainless steel, and the hygienic open-frame structure ensures easy cleaning and convenient access for daily maintenance. The intelligent temperature-control system offers precise regulation of airflow, belt speed, and evaporator temperature, guaranteeing stable operation under demanding conditions.
